To maintain the value and appearance of your goods, we recommend observing the following guidelines:
- Avoid contact with water, oily substances, perfumes, make-up and other liquid, alcoholic or fatty substances.
- Avoid using generic cleaning products such as shoe polish, trichlorethylene, oils, stain removers, alcohol and solvents.
- Avoid contact with rough or abrasive surfaces.
- Avoid allowing light-coloured products to come into contact with dark or brightly coloured clothing, and vice versa. We use materials with a finish that enhances the nature of the material itself. No other protective treatments are used, and as such, colours may transfer from one product to another.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to light, direct heat and humidity: materials may be damaged, and appearance may be altered.
- In case of contact with water, gently pat the area to absorb moisture with a soft, neutral-coloured cloth. Avoid excessive rubbing.
- Store the product upright in its protective flannel bag. We recommend padding your bag with tissue paper to maintain its shape.
