A key figure in the history of design, Charlotte Perriand worked at the intersection of several disciplines, including architecture, design, urban planning, and photography. On the occasion of Salone del Mobile, Anthony Vaccarello issues the Saint Laurent – Charlotte Perriand collection, featuring an exclusive reedition of four of Perriand’s iconic pieces: the Table Mille-Feuilles, the Bibliothèque Rio de Janeiro, the Fauteuil Visiteur Indochine, and the Banquette de la Résidence de l’Ambassadeur du Japon à Paris.
These exceptional, one-of-a-kind pieces were initially produced as small-scale models and have now been brought to life by Cassina under the direction of Charlotte’s daughter, Pernette Perriand, in collaboration with Jacques Barsac. This unique publication, in the form of an A3-sized plate book, brings together exclusive drawings and photographs of these reedited pieces.
