NICOLAS FLOC’H

EXHIBITION

AT SAINT LAURENT RIVE DROITE LOS ANGELES

Calendar

Saint Laurent Rive Droite Los Angeles is pleased to host an exhibition by artist Nicolas Floc’h curated by Anthony Vaccarello.

Nicolas Floc’h is a French contemporary artist, renowned for his multidisciplinary artistic practice, which encompasses sculpture, photography, installation, and performances. At the Glasgow School of Art where he studied, he developed an interest in the interaction between art, ecology, and anthropic realities. Nicolas Floc’h is a sailor and a diver in addition to being an artist, photographing underwater landscapes. Floc’h’s work radically transforms the way we perceive our planet’s marine and oceanic environment, capturing their diversity. Through his monochrome prints, he deconstructs the possibilities of life in aquatic spaces, revealing the previously invisible.

A selection of works from his “Paysages Productifs” and “La Couleur de l’eau” series will be exhibited at the Saint Laurent Rive Droite store in Los Angeles from September 11th to October 22nd.
